A valid credit/debit card may be required to reserve appointments.

A minimum of 24–48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than the required notice may incur a fee of 50–100% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount or forfeit their deposit.
